1. About Our Platform

BHARATKADEALS.COM is a multi-vendor marketplace that connects customers with independent sellers and service providers. Cancellation and refund eligibility may vary depending on the seller, product, or service.

2. Order Cancellation by Customers

Customers may cancel an order under the following conditions:

Before Order Confirmation

  • Orders may be cancelled without any charges before the seller confirms the order.

After Order Confirmation

  • Once the seller confirms the order, cancellation may or may not be allowed depending on the seller's cancellation policy.

  • If cancellation is permitted, cancellation charges may apply.

After Dispatch

  • Orders that have already been shipped or are out for delivery generally cannot be cancelled.

  • Customers may instead request a return, subject to the seller's Return Policy.

3. Service Booking Cancellation

For services such as:

  • Restaurant Orders

  • Grocery Delivery

  • Medicine Orders

  • Cab Booking

  • Hotel/Room Booking

  • Beauty & Salon Services

  • Home Services

  • Doctor Appointments

  • Any other service listed on the platform

Cancellation rules are determined by the respective vendor or service provider.

Some services may:

  • Allow free cancellation within a specified period.

  • Charge partial cancellation fees.

  • Be completely non-refundable.

Customers should review the cancellation terms displayed before placing an order or booking.

4. Perishable Products

Orders for the following items generally cannot be cancelled once confirmed:

  • Fresh food

  • Fruits & vegetables

  • Dairy products

5. Digital Products

Digital products, vouchers, coupons, subscriptions, gift cards, downloadable content, or digital services are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable once delivered.

6. Customized or Personalized Products

Orders for customized or personalized products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Examples include:

  • Printed merchandise

  • Customized gifts

7. Cancellation by Seller

A seller may cancel an order due to:

8. Cancellation by BHARATKADEALS.COM

  • Payment cannot be verified.

9. Refund Process

10. Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges may not be refundable:

  • Processing charges

  • Payment gateway charges (where applicable)

  • Taxes already remitted to authorities (where applicable)

11. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If a payment is:

  • deducted but the order is not created,

  • processed multiple times, or

  • duplicated due to a technical issue,

the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
